Description

I have uploaded topic maps to Maiana using the web api. Topic maps are in Maiana

http://maiana.topicmapslab.de/u/akivela/tm/awd2004_yahoo_term_extractor
http://maiana.topicmapslab.de/u/akivela/tm/awd2004_alchemy_entities
http://maiana.topicmapslab.de/u/akivela/tm/awd2004_alchemy_keywords
http://maiana.topicmapslab.de/u/akivela/tm/awd2004_opencalais

and file sizes seem to be allright but when I try to browse topic maps, there is only a really small number of topics, say 1 to 6. I looks to me that all topic maps are there but somehow Maiana has failed to load them.

The maps have been uploaded correctly, however, a lot of SIs seem to be broken. The first "say 1 to 6" topics are the topics before the first syntax error in the xtm file. I.e. in yahoo-term-extractor, this is the beginning of the xtm file:

<topicMap xmlns="http://www.topicmaps.org/xtm/" version="2.0">
        <topic id="topic10934">
                <subjectIdentifier href="http://psi.topicmapslab.de/wardiary/report/report_8CF115C8-9E4A-49BC-8946-FA66F66794B8"/>
        </topic>
        <topic id="topic5661">
                <subjectIdentifier href="http://developer.yahoo.com/search/content/V1/termExtraction.html/mtrs"/>
                <instanceOf>
                        <topicRef href="#topic5556"/>
                </instanceOf>
                <name>
                        <value>mtrs</value>
                </name>
        </topic>
        <topic id="topic6963">
                <subjectIdentifier href="http://developer.yahoo.com/search/content/V1/termExtraction.html/sheik"/>
                <instanceOf>
                        <topicRef href="#topic5556"/>
                </instanceOf>
                <name>
                        <value>sheik</value>
                </name>
        </topic>
        <topic id="topic9127">
                <subjectIdentifier href="http://developer.yahoo.com/search/content/V1/termExtraction.html/military side"/>
                <instanceOf>
                        <topicRef href="#topic5556"/>
                </instanceOf>
                <name>
                        <value>military side</value>
                </name>
        </topic>

Topic9127 is where it breaks. In its SI, a blank space is contained. This is forbidden and should be masked %20 or be replaced by any other convenient character.

Of course, the user should be informed of the failing import, and, if possible, be pointed to the underlying error.

In case of failing import, the user will be notified of this, and an empty endpoint is created (which consequently can NOT be opened)
It is possible to edit this endpoint and supply another source file.
