Description

The following new declaration was proposed:

tmcl:non-disjoint-subtypes( on:Instrumentalist )

It implies that all (direct?) subtypes of on:Instrumentalist mutually allow overlap.

The Seattle meeting considered this and concluded: "No enthusiasm for the idea. Leave it." So we will not do this. Rationale: "Tooling can remove the need for the new constraint type."
