How to find schema contents

Description
Should we say something about how to determine the contents of a
schema given a topic map? Also, not sure definition below actually
works unless schema topic map and topic map to be validated are
merged.

The Seattle meeting discussed this, and concluded that it is better not to say anything about how to find the schema in a given topic map.
However, dealing with the case of the schema and data appearing in separate topic maps needs to be addressed in the text.
